3 Dimensional Work

From at least the 17th century, boxes, or 'caskets' were used to hold a wide variety of objects from the humble to the sacred. Often they were showcases for the stitching abilities of young women. Today they can be a simple as a straightforward block shape, or as wild as any 3-dimensional art can be.
